Great service for staff member listened to what I wanted, and I didn’t have to ask twice. Brendan was friendly and timely. All staff looked liked they were helpful, friendly and quick and knew what they were doing.The chicken strips that was on my subway is the freshest chicken I’ve ever had in Subway ever. Restaurant was very clean.

Is usually pretty good but today was messy as all the sauce was on top part of the sub not inside nor were half the salads when u opened wrapping it looked like it was dropped on the ground because it was si messy i wasn’t impressed. Its the closest one to my work and I don’t wanna have to go elsewhere but will if this happens again

Very rude service today. We really should have walked out. Sitting here really not enjoying my sandwich after the woman with the blue hair who served us was so horrible to us. I wish we had just walked out. Not good.

I ordered a 6 inch on doordash. Nothing I ordered and paid extra for was included. They told me to come in for a full refund and a free drink and cookies then refused to give it to me when I went in. Awful customer service and the third time they’ve messed up an order.

I love Subway avocado toastie, which usually only $2-$3 in South Australia. I ordered it in subway Alice Springs, the girls didn’t know what I meant even though I had already explained. Finally, the girl gave me 2 cheese toasties, and put the avocado on one of those and charged $5,5 for this avocado toasties. My husband also ordered meatballs subway but there was not much tomato sauce given by the girl. He was very dissapointed with the standard of this Subway.

What a wonderful Subway restaurant it is in Alice Springs. The food was fresh and carefully prepared, the facilities were immaculately clean, the staff and atmosphere was friendly, and the service was fast.

Stale wrap. Every single table was dirty (however no one eating in there) so no where to sit. staff were cleaning behind counter when I arrived and I feel like it was a competition to who could put off serving me the longest. Out of many items AGAIN.

Travelling through Alice on a family vacation back in 2015 we decided to have lunch at subway. Shouldn’t have gone, worst experience during our 5 weeks of travelling in Australia. Staff was the rudest Lady (in her 50’s) on the planet and racist too in my opinion.
