Tonight was the worst experience ever. Ordered on line through the website at 5.09 pm for a 6.15 pm delivery. When I received the order confirmation it stated ETA 7.45 to 750 pm. (Don’t know how that happened.) I called at 6.29pm asking where the food was only to be told by the person on the other end of the phone that it had just be bagged and that the driver had the food. At 6.50 pm called again to asked when our delivery was to be told that our order was for 7.45 and hadn’t been prepared yet.. I asked why on the previous phone call I was lied to and was told must of been a mix up. Delivery at 7.30 pm I mentioned that they should check out their website where the delivery time defaults to 7.45 to 7.50pm

Food was delivered on time, and service was good. But I found a big black beard hair under my slice of pizza, looked like it got baked with the pizza was stuck on the bottom. Then went to eat a piece of Hawaiian and there was blue/green fury mold on the bottom of the Hawaiian slicers. I checked the entire pizza, and it was on there. Looks like the dough was mouldy.

Smokin Joes is outstanding the pizzas are awesome and tonight on the 22/3/23 we tried the Parma and chips, they are massive servings. If you are like me and don’t eat lot. 1 pack between 2 is enough. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and outstanding service Thank you so much. Well worth the money and please support local, and very clean inside too. Well done Team I rate you the best 10/10. The Food is so yummy.

Usually I enjoy ordering from smokin’ Joe’s. Today is definitely gonna be the last time. Driver came slamming at the front door. And as we receive our boxes, ALL boxes were ripped and dented open and the food was room temp. Nothing was made fresh like a restaurant should be, the parmas were dry and there was cooled greese underneath my Parma!!! But wait. There’s more! We ordered a half rack of pork ribs as we enjoy smokin’ Joe’s pork ribs, these were dryer then a desert, the sauce was spicy but easily dealt with. What made it worse and the knowledge I have in hospitality, is when something sits in cardboard for too long covered in greese and heat, the bottom of the box tends to go soft and deform, ALL BOXES HAD THIS!!
