Absolutely delicious BBQ! All the meats are gluten free plus a lot of the sides and sauces. We had a 3 meat, 3 side and 2 sauce dinner for two. The brisket is to die for. Melt in the mouth type stuff.

The food here is to die for! The love and care they put in their BBQ comes through in each and every bite. American BBQ is a labour of love, it takes so much time to get it right and in the general prep and cooking. These guys are masters of the art. The pork belly is tender and melts in your mouth, the brisket is so meaty and flavourful. My favourite side was the Bacon mac, I need the recipe.

If you go to Mudgee and don’t go and try this food, you have just missed out on an amazing food experience! I dine out a lot, and at high end venues, and I would choose Smokin Bro & CO’s food over any other food I have had in years. It’s full of soul and flavour. The brisket made my eyes roll back into my head They have actually put the time and care into each protein and each side. Thanks for making me believe that there is still great food out there that people are putting time and effort into. Cannot wait to eat here again!
