I ordered take away. The naan bread was doughy in some places, the butter chicken was meant to be medium spicy. However they used way to much sugar so you couldn’t feel the slice it was mild! There was a lot of sauce compared to chicken! The chicken was burnt and had charcoal which is not good for health! The fact that the inside of the chicken was dry! I’ll give it another go next time in town and try there vegetarian Curry. It cost 29 dollars. Look how much sauce was left! And it wasn’t even full!

The first issue was that the prices for the food displayed at the door were OUTDATED, so we were unpleasantly surprised by the higher prices when we were handed the actual menus.

Delish food with plenty of vegetarian options. Our waiter was very helpful with menu suggestions based on our tastes & dietary requirements. Great Tassie wine options. Very enjoyable dinner.

I ordered a takeaway. Naan was pathethic, half cooked, dry and uneven. Curry meant to medium spicy but it was too much spicy, we coudn’t eat it.

A very enjoyable Indian meal. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and all chipped in to help each other out. We’d definitely go again next time we’re in TAS. The only slight downside was we hadn’t realised we needed to order rice – and we weren’t prompted to. We didn’t know until the food came out and there was none. It was rectified really quickly and did not take away from the enjoyment.

Indian restaurant near the spirit of Tasmania, Devenport. Delicious food, very nice ambience. Friendly staff and good service. More vegetarian options are available. Masala Chai was awesome.

If you are as afraid of sweet curry as I am, please try here won’t be disappointed. But if you can’t eat hot food please go somewhere. Anyway I’m really enjoy it. Well done
