Silk is one of few cafe’s in Cairns that is consistent in their customer service, quality of coffee beans, food, and of course their coffee’s are always YUMMY!

Rude female staff member, yelling at me, after advising, I didn’t ask for an iced latte, that that is an iced coffee. Keep treating your newcomers like dirt, terrible experience and the iced latte tasted like they had wrung out an old sock into a plastic cup.

This place is aptly named. If you want a good coffee guaranteed, this is it. Silk in a cup every time. On the down side they’re only open for the workers in the area so they close early (2-3pm) and don’t trade on the weekend at all.
