Very disappointing! Microwaved food at a premium cost! Could not believe the the chicken/coleslaw rolls are microwaved! Really! $10.50 and you microwave chicken for it? We spent $21 for complete rubbish! Bread rolls were nothing special, very bland! Nothing had salt or pepper and the chicken was dry, could have at least asked if we wanted salt & pepper! No knowledge of products either, couldn’t even tell us if the chicken schnitzels are fresh crumbed breast, or formed compressed chicken schnitzels. Really wish I could get my money back!…and wished we had gone to Woolworths next door and got a roast chicken and rolls that would have had some taste and freshness…and been cheaper. First time there and definitely the last! Beware! Buy this junk at your own risk!…Just ask if your food is being microwaved! The “Ding” behind the counter might give it away.

Worst chips and gravy I’ve ever had and was $7.20 for a small! The young girl that served me was having lunch with another young girl and when she came to serve me rolled her eyes. She cooked the chips for less then 2 minutes and they were so soggy and only warm. Wanted to ask for a refund but didn’t want to approach the girl again. Will not return.

In recent weeks I have not once had my order correct. They gave me a chicken salad in place of a avocado salad, in my combination pack. Why would I want cold chicken with my hot chicken? When I change the order from having chips to two baked potatoes they still put the chips in, at least we got the bake potatoes still. Last time we ordered, we ordered four 50c drumsticks to be in with our $4.90 chips get home to no drum sticks.

Sorry I have to say I have never felt so uncomfortable ordering food before. Everything I asked for at the start wasn’t available which was fine, but the service was so bad it was almost like I was in the wrong for asking… the customer service from the female working was probably the worst I have ever seen. Never have I felt so awkward ordering food. And the chicken roll was so tasteless with stale bread. Wouldn’t go back even if I was craving a roast chook.
