Spanish Mackerel is normally a white fleshy fish, moist and sweet. The Spanish Mackerel we got was dry as tree bark and grey in colour. It had no taste and looked like it had been sitting in the freezer for months. No bucket load of average chips is going to compensate for really below average fish. Not good.
