So went for lunch today, The staff didn’t listen to our order, then tried to argue over $1.20 for a missing sauce. Beef schnitzel was very chewy and like leather. Asked to speak to manager twice before he was sent out. It will be the last time we go to snit in Shepparton.not Recommended.

Took 5 attempts just for the server to get the order right for my partner . With attitude . I had to relay my order a good six or seven times and it was still wrong . Disgusting service. This place has gone down hill . The assistant store manager is just rude with an attitude and the crew need to be retrained as they can’t take a simple order . WONT BE BACK. But hey , the food is actually nice when it’s actually correct . I wish I could give it zero stars with how disgusting the service and attitude of caitlyn was . Maybe promote someone else ? Might be a good idea, oh on top of that the manager on told me that the server wasnt feeling well, youre a food establishment . IF SHES SICK SEND HER HOME
