Stingey with sauce, dry burgers. Nothing worse than paying good money for a dry burger. Had to add mayonnaise when I got home. I asked when ordering to please put a good amount of sauce on because I don’t like dry burgers. When collecting the food I asked if they did and was assured that yes there was a good amount of sauce on them. But both burgers were dry and for the price you’d expect a nice amount of sauce but it’s just a stingey outline of a circle and that little bit absorbs into the bread. The photos speak for themselves. When I got home I had to add ordinary mayonnaise. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Schnitz is one of my favourite restaurants and I often go to Brunswick which has excellent service. The environment is friendly and they do not get upset when you ask them to make you a lettuce wrap. Sadly, Melton is different as I didn’t feel welcome when I asked to change the wrap for lettuce. I paid extra for the lettuce and also I had to order something different. I like this restaurant, the food is fresh and I would love it if Schnitz improve Melton’s service and will be incredible if also the lettuce wrap are included on the menu

One of friends took me there as she wanted me to try their fries . We only had fries and I really liked them as we didn’t have time to try something else. I would definitely go there again to try their other food next time. And of course, the staff was so nice .

Have had burgers and schnitzel few times and always had some issues. Overall the attitude of the staff is as if I am getting food for free. Long waits , not evenly cooked meat or sometimes overly fried patties. I think the staff should also focus on their customer interaction skills otherwise will suffer terribly with customers. Good luck !!! what a waste of money .

terrible experience, i’ve never eaten in this store so thought i’ll give it a chance. all the tables had dirty plates still on them. and they asked us where we wanted to sit and i said the booth and she said which one like why does it matter? i don’t know if they’re understaffed, lazy or just don’t know how to keep up.
