Have to say the food last night was the best I’ve ever seen it at this hotel. As a local I’ve avoided eating here just from previous experiences but with the state of origin on last night we had a group at a table and a quick meal before the game .. and it was really really good. The chili pork was spectacular and the scotch fillet was not far behind it. Well done guys .. I’m back!

Have been here a few times but vouch to never return. The manager is usually pretty rude and they never take on the day booking. But what’s worse is when we called to book, instead of letting us know the dining area is closed for renovation they just told us to rock up and hope we get a spot. It’s just terrible service. They do allow dogs inside which is a bonus for colder days but I wouldn’t go there for the terrible customer service.

A very nice restaurant but the prices are high and the portions are low. Don’t go here if you’re hungry and don’t come if you’re on a budget. But do come here if you want very good quality food and don’t wanna go very from this exact location it will do in a pinch.

My friends and I had the BEST time yesterday for Melbourne Cup! The table and venue was beautifully decorated, food and cocktails delicious, friendly service, betting facilities onsite and all very Covid safe – we really couldn’t ask for more! Was having a good time until a security Gard was disrespectful and rude towards my friends and I telling us the bathroom was outside the venue when obviously it wasn’t. Personally, this comment did not make me or my friends comfortable at all, and we left immediately. Everything about this place was perfect. Just the security was very rude and I do not feel comfortable staying.

I took my wife and son to the Sackville for Mother’s Day lunch yesterday. Very nice set up out the back in the restaurant. The food was great, service warm, friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Well Sackville Hotel in Rozelle have certainly upped their sour beer & cocktail game since my last visit. After proving to NSW Police Force I was from Inner West Council and not violating public health orders for “freedom”, I stocked up on both.
