I rang up and ordered the pack for 2 30min prior to picking up. Myself and my partner had driven 10hrs and just wanted some yummy Indian food for when we got home. I got the girl to repeat the order to me twice making sure I got cheesy garlic naan (literally the only thing myself and my partner were keen for). We picked it up, customer service was perfect but our meal was not. we got plain naan bread… very disappointed.. the butter chicken was alright and the Lamb korma was horrible..

Very disappointed, all the currys had water running out of them where they had split and appeared watered down. All 3 dishes tasted the same like tinned tomatoes, very little flavour. Pappadoms tasted burnt & nan was charred.

Tried here for the first time tonight. We ordered xtra large butter chicken to find when we got home we had paid for a container of liquid with 9 small chunks of chicken. Very disappointing. Will not be back as definitely not value for money for what was really a container of soup !!!

We popped in there today at 2.45 to collect something for dinner tonight. The hours clearly state 11.30am to 8.30pm. Even the lunch board outside says lunch from 11.30 till 3.00. However we were abruptly told they weren’t open yet. When I queried the hours he just disappeared out the back. Well that’s service for you. I wanted to try this place so I could recommend it to my guests…I don’t think that will be happening.

Very disappointed they are not good with customer service. I have always been a regular but the last two visits they have got orders wrong and never offering ti do anything to resolve the discrepancy. Rather argue their point. Very disappointed, will get from else where that values customer service and locals.
