Not happy at all service is shocking staff unfriendly told we couldn’t use a mug but could have a cup becouse of covid asked the girl if she could clean the table when she brought out drinks was given a dirty look a walked of and didn’t come back very disappointed would not recommend this place there are much better coffee shops in lara that offer friendly service great coffee/hot chocolate and food Routleys need to look at there customer service would not go back again and would not recommend this place. Customers have a right to be treated respectfully especially customers with a disability.

Cuppa’s came after we’d just about finished our pie /ricotta roll due to only one staff member & rush of customers after usual lunch rush. 2nd server arrived just as young lass took last order before making our drinks. Not happy with that.
