Very popular and airy cafe located on the ground floor of the Strand Arcade in the city. Expect to pay premium prices, however the food is of a high quality. Friendly and efficient staff. The avocado tartine had a pleasant twist on the classic smashed avo on toast, with thinly sliced marinated cucumber. It was also a very generous serve, and expertly prepared. Recommended.

Combination of omelette with mushrooms and toasted kale with a small kick of chili was amazing! Interestingly in Sydney they serve 2 pieces of toast – one with a topping and another one just beneath it. My server was very nice, so would recommend this place!

Whenever I come up to Sydney, I make sure to visit this cafe. It is located in The Strand and opens early.. so if you are around the cbd you should pop by this little gem. They can cater to and make it for vegans. I had avocado sourdough with mushrooms ( replaced from eggs and feta) this morning and one other time i had granola with berries and passion fruit. (Replaced yogurt for almond milk). Food comes out quick and delicious. The coffee is great too!

Had the reuben and gin tomato pasta – so delicious! The drinks were also a hoot! Lovely setting in the middle of the Strand Arcade if you dont mind the bustle of people milling around you. Only downside was service and price was a bit average

Usually love having a quick coffee in the strand but this cafe, uh-uh. Good location, nice sitting area but below average pastries & service. Ordered black tea & milk but got served only with a teapot and a cup. Had to ask for milk, teaspoon, fork for food again & again. (She only gave a knife for the pastry I ordered…) Croissants were soggy n the server literally wiped off the teaspoon with her hands before giving it to us…. So nah. Im not going back again.

We had breakfast yesterday and the portions were huge and the coffee great! Andre, the gentleman who attended to us was chatty and humorous. Seeing that we were trying very badly to take a selfie, he generously offered to take our group picture. What service! 🙂
