I ordered early around 8.30am so it was quite and they were preparing food for the day. Customer service was extremely slow I had to repeat my order 3 times and point to the items on the menu so I knew i was getting the items i wanted and wasnt charged for something else. I ordered 2 bao buns for $6.95 each and Chicken Ribs at the same price. I really enjoyed the Bao buns , the flavours were there .The bun was soft and salad was fresh but the pork is slowed cooked and not roasted but also they sprinkle crushed up crackle bits over top and not the actual square crackle which i had assumed i was getting. I ate it all however I DO NOT RECOMMEND the chicken ribs. They are way overpriced and unless you want deep fried chicken bones with hardly any meat . It was very disappointing , it smelt divine like how fried chicken should but it was very dry and a waste of money . Please consider doing chicken nibbles for that price . Food preparation time was okay as i didn’t have to wait longer then 15mins but please order at your own risk

Possibly the worst bahn mi I have ever had. The bread tasted old and stale and was definitely not worth the money paid for it. a giant spring onion sprig took up most of the bun. Soldiers were just full of noodles and not much else. Definitely the worst franchise we have been to.

Worst banh mi ever – bread was dry (& tasted old), chicken was extremely dry and salty, hardly any freshness, and pricey for the quality.

I had some of the soldiers (rice paper rolls), they were fresh and tasty – exactly what I was looking for. Price is pretty expensive but what do you expect at the airport.

Roll’d Gold Coast Airport serves up a casual spot for classic Vietnamese street food. Unfortunately, the food itself falls short of authentic flavour and quality. The friendly service is a redeeming aspect, but overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for a true taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

This place is an absolute disgrace to Vietnamese cuisine. The rice paper rolls were hard and completely flavourless. Hot tip – if your staff can’t even make a rice paper roll, they probably shouldn’t work in a Vietnamese fast food chain.

Not true vnese food, i ordered roast pork crackling bao but it is not Roast pork!!! It likes some slow cooked pork and they just put crackling on top (they even forgot to put crackling on mine). Crackling tastes so bad!! So chewing and hard !! Not even crackling. My partner ordered chicken pho, the broth tastes like water to me tbh. Overpriced!! Please DO NOT TRY THE CHICKEN PHO AND THE BAO. Disgusting

This is the WORST Bahn mi I ever had. This airport outlet is not even qualify for any star rating. You are truly disgrace the branding and your country cuisine. The bread is way too soft and very very very very salty. The counter lady told me maybe too many hoisin sauce!! But why your staff is not properly trained. DISGUSTING!!!

The worst pho I’ve ever had for the same price as the best. I couldn’t even fix it with sauce. And the lady serving us charged us twice for our rice paper rolls even after we told her the price doesn’t look right and asked her to check it again. Very overpriced for bad quality food.

This was by far the worst Roll’d I’ve ever visited. Not only were the prices much more than other Roll’d stores, the servings only filled about a quarter of the container, and when questioned on this, the staff said that this was the “normal amount”. On top of this, the crab crackers that were served were pulled from under the bench in the corner and were at least a week old, and could not even be chewed. Normally they should be light and crunchy and the consistency of a prawn cracker. Waited in a line for 15 minutes to return the disaster of a meal, and I wasn’t surprised that there were also 3 others in the line complaining about their meal. What an absolute disgrace to a great brand name… The operators should lose their franchise licence…
