This seems to be a fairly new store, or it has recently been refurbished. It was clean. Strange to have potted plastic flowers outside. Meals were fine. Burger was not the best and very small, with lettuce not nice and smelly. Not fast, staff very slow. Did enjoy the chicken box meal.

Honestly apologise arrival I thought it was closed I ordered a triple bbq box and 2 prices of there fried chicken and asked for 2 thigh peices whn we git the order our burgers was not a triple I only got 1 thigh peice and we were missing the chips it wasn’t busy at all there was maybe 2 cars in the drive through and we were the only people inside

We ordered online & arrived to pick up. It was 1PM on a Friday. Relatively busy. The team on shift was visibly flustered, they were young. The ordering system wasn’t working as intended. One staff was coughing over the fryer & food, and no, no mask on. I silently prayed that the frying oil would kill everything. The kitchen was unkempt. The counter person was also the runner, the manager, the drive-through person, and the one handing out orders. She didn’t look happy or in control. I don’t blame them. I blame the owner putting them there like that. Unsurprisingly, they forgot my partner’s order. They served a few others before we asked & reminded again. I gave 2 stars because their chicken were cooked & edible. The flavours were heavy & chicken was succulent. Service and experience? Appalling.

I was so impressed with them today. I ordered 2 fried combo meals. And we just waited for q minutes and one of staff came us said that sorry for that they only got 3 pieces ready so twant us to wait for another 12 minutes for fresh fried chicken . We answered yes we will. And I got the package of meals and I looked at the inside of the paper bag and saw that they gave us more chicken for a gift. They are so nice and kind and make very crispy chicken. Thank you.
