I am a food delivery driver. I went to this store to collect an order and was asked by a member of staff “where is your bag”? I told her it was in my car and she said “go get it”. On my way to get my bag I said that I had never needed a bag before. Upon my return, I waited five minutes for my order and the employee handed me the order without a word. I told her that if the restaurant requires drivers to bring in a bag, it should be in the delivery instructions, like other restaurants do. She then said that every other driver knows about it because they had been doing it for two weeks, and then said quite rudely “door dash give you bags, use them”. I told her that she is the only person to say anything about bringing in a bag, as I had been there three times that day to collect orders, and she said she would make sure everyone does it in future. I have delivering food for two years and completed over 4000 deliveries, and each time I read the delivery instructions for things like bringing in a bag. If I am required to bring in a bag it should be mentioned in the delivery instructions the company filled in when signing up with door dash, not by word of mouth. This person seemed to have an agenda, and her attitude is way below what I would expect from a customer service person.

Not many Red Roosters left in Brisbane. So this felt like a treat today Hawian pack today. Chicken was moist and delicious skin. Served quickly and food delivered quickly. Drive thru available.

I’m not one to write reviews ever, but the customer service of this place was disgusting. I’m a food delivery driver, I’ve been driving thru drive thru’s at every fast food place, including other Red roosters, with no problems at all! This one however, had asked me to exit the drive thru, which required me to do a lap of the whole residential block & come in store. That was the start of my problem. I walked in to 3 workers, giving me a filthy look, no smiles, greetings, or apologies for the inconvenience, & made sure I had a heat bag (which I’ve never used before ever, but had one anyway) I didn’t even get a greeting as I left. Absolutely disgraceful, & shameful that one of few red roosters left, have workers with that attitude & service. Will not be returning here as a customer nor delivery driver. Will refuse to collect an order there.

I ordered Uber delivery and I only live close buy. The preparation for my Chicken Pops took about 25 -30 minutes then the delivery driver took an order past my house to another place and I waited 8 minutes more for my cold stale horrible meal. I should have just walked. But I won’t be going there again, after paying for a inedible meal the service fee and the delivery fee
