The mash and gravy was given to us cold, not even microwaved. When we received our order, there were items missing. Went to the counter and one of the 2 staff had gone on a break, Leaving the other to make food and serve atleast 6 more customers.

Very little store, when we got takeaway there was just 1 young man in the kitchen, 1 young woman serving. There was a long queue and non-stop uber eats orders coming through, yet they managed the situation professionally and got the food out quickly. They both deserve a pay rise!

Love this red rooster. punches above its weight for such a small shop. Well outfitted and staff are very good. Food is always nice and fresh and definitely more fresh than what they do at KFC in the city. Love your work guys, keep it up!

Bought a classic roast. Looked more like a kids meal. Half the amount of sweet potato, half the amount of peas. Usually I pop open the lid and check but it was rush hour. The tool who prepped my order probably does this daily

Have used the Red Rooster app 3 times now… ordering the same thing each time.. 2 x 1/4 chicken chips with coke meal deal…. and twice we have not received the cokes. After the first time we were refunded accordingly but this latest order on Monday March 6 have so far received no response from Red Rooster after using the feedback channel immediately after receiving the order. very poor indeed.
