Burger was a little cold and seemed like it had been re heated in a microwave. Everything else was fine however. Atmosphere is a little odd, feels like a hospital waiting room.

Food is decent for what it is. The restaurant itself though just looks so run down and kinda gross. Crumbs on several tables which was weird considering how quiet it was and the COVID posters state they clean regularly. Also weird being served by someone with their hair down around their face. Surely hair should be tied back at the very least when working in food service

Bought a chicken roll that had very little chicken in it , greasy skin and tasted like seasoning. I don’t know how , but half was hot and the other half was dead cold. Yuck. Never again.

Went there just before they did renovations. Waited, waited, seemed like they were only able to serve one customer at a time. Understaffed and very slow. I ended up leaving. 1 star only because I can’t put 0. Will try again one day.

Honestly the worst takeaway food in this region. Chips under cooked. The gravey is horrific. Its pretty much brown salty water and cold. For $3.50 for a small container its robbery. The chicken was like leather. The aircon inside doesnt work so the open the side door for oxygen which has no screen, letting in lots of flys. Overall horrible experience. Never going back

If I could score something in the minus range I would. I have just had the driest tasteless piece of old leather chicken in my entire long life. It was however perfectly accompanied by darkly dry and over cooked what I’m guessing can only vaguely be described as ‘chips’. Good money down the toilet possibly immediately followed by the meal that I somehow managed to consume with the help of about ten litres of water. Didn’t keep ur promise Red Rooster.

I don’t recommend ordering for delivery because 5 or 6 times they kept forgetting items in the order, the 2nd last time I ordered within 10 mins my order got canceled by their system, so I decided to order dominos that night instead. then the red rooster order arrived later that night 2 hours later, so annoying. Then the last time I ordered, it arrived 2 hours later and they still forgot somethings of the order, I opened the paper bag, went to pull out a smaller paper bag and quickly discovered it had gravy in there because the lid wasn’t on the container properly and I lost half a large gravy, it was a mess in the big paper bag, but anyway the next evening I decided to visit the restaurant about the items I didn’t receive, I explained what had happened that I had 3 items missing from the order, 2 cookies & cream deserts and a garlic bread, at the counter I was talking to the manager and an employee, the employee was fine, everything was ok until I asked the manager a question, this was before they got me the garlic bread, now I wasn’t being rude I just asked her would it be ok to get cash back on those items I was missing? And she was really rude she said “oh hell no, we don’t do cash backs.” I thought I was spoken to quite rudely, she spoke to me in a tone like she was annoyed I had asked that question, she should have just politely told me I’m sorry but we don’t do cash backs, customers shouldn’t be treated like that, I will never ever order from Red Rooster Lismore again, terrible service!
