Do not walk in to order as they prioritise drive through. Did not even serve 2 customers for a few mins. Then I waited while 20 cars left with their food. Finally after 10m I asked where my order was. Answer waiting on a burger. I said so rest of the food is cold. Was told it had been sent back. Consequently food was cold. Drive through lady Pam is really nice efficient and friendly. Unlike the Indian lady who initially ignored walk in customers and then delayed my order and lied about the food not being cold.

Red rooster app is an absolute joke. Could not process the payment via the app so I tried to get assistance over the counter. The service staff was not interested in honouring the discount code even though she could clearly see the issue. Sub par app along with sub par service.

Grabbed dinner here last night around 6pm. Really friendly staff, clean facilities, great parking. Food was fresh and very good. Felt incredibly sorry for the hard working team when a man decided a minute was too long to wait at the counter and started yelling “ Service”! Very rude and unacceptable. Team handled it very well.

Could not understand the mumbling fast talking heavily accented young lady at the counter. Got my order wrong, and prices very high for food I mostly threw out. Poor quality soggy buns, the crispy chicken not crispy at all, bread not fresh, chips very average.. and I’m sure I got charged

Ordered the Roast Dinner, the chicken was fine but only got a handful of peas and a mountain of over cooked potatoes, also asked for an extre vegie pack and once again only got potatoes. Where are the rest of the vegies. Won’t be back
