Ordered tropical pack, half chicken & chips, 12 cheesy nuggets and a strip sub. Got home and was supplied two tropical packs, one which had 15 chips, the other hand twice the amount, chicken was dry and overcooked, nuggets appeared as if they had been sitting in the warmer for a long period of time. Strip sub was okay. Overall felt very ripped off for the price paid, especially when not given the full or correctly ordered food. The window person read the right food back to us, and charged accordingly, so either a packing mistake or kitchen error. Would not recommend, by far the worst Red Rooster store we have encountered.

We brouggt the deep fried chicken for dinner. The chicken was cooked to an inch of its saleability and served with cold chips. I was told we needed to wait 20 minutes as the chicken was being cooked which I was fine with as I thought we’d get nice juicy chicken. What we got was dry and over cooked.

This place is the pits. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . Staff were rude and had no idea what was going on. Personally sore atleast 4 other people walk out annoyed and had t even ordered. This franchise is destined to go broke based on what I saw today. Everyone in that store needs a good deal more training and a few shouldn’t even be there . Not recommended at all
