Top effort on the new management and crew. Front of house staff efficient, friendly and helpful to a fault. The crispy chicken I’ve been getting this week while working near by has been as good as Eat Streets in town. No I’m not affiliated with this mob in just here expressing my appreciation of people turning around a2. 5 star store to a 5 star take out. I’m usually not a big fan of RR or take out of any kind but they’ve impressed me enough to leave this review.

I take advantage of their delivery as yes the food is a bit more exy and there is a min spend of $25, but I aways buy something that can be consumed at dinner so I can continue with what I am doing and lunch is sorted. I get a text to advise me when my delivery has left the store and I can track its progress. I only have had one issue with this service but they were quick to fix it.

I will never go back. Not only did they totally screw up our meals, the manager was aggressive and rude. I was trying to get two COLD bottles of coke, and I moved the warm ones. I had full intentions of straightning the coke back up. The manager came over and pushed me out of the way. He rudely said he was trying to ‘help’ me. The food was cold. Disgusting food. Disgusting behaviour. Never again!!!

Food was made fresh, hot and was ready very fast. I was surprised that the food was in good condition when I got it because of how fast it was made but it was amazing. Great customer service from the employees even when taking a complicated order they got it right first time and knew exactly what I wanted even tho I did not know the right name of the order I wanted. Highly recommend and definitely will be returning

I would give them no stars if I could, my meal took for ever to make. And when I finally got to it. My rooster roll was crushed in the bag and my large chips were not even filled up to the top. They seem to not care at that place. And I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t normally write reviews on anything but felt this one needed a review so other people don’t make the same mistake of going there
