I got sum Yesterday the 16/09/23 & was beautiful. Leaves that other brand for dead . I’m disabled and the girl brought it to me & got my drink & walk over to me to give it to me . She got 5 stars for that . I got the tenders & they were the best . The chips were cooked properly & not at all soggy . Who wants to eat sum Clowns soggy chips. I will go back there for sure. Pull your sox up Augustine Heights . I will drive an extra 10km for better food that I can eat & not choke on it from being dry & your a 5km drive

My husband and I have finally decided that we will never buy food from here again. We have purchased food, from time to time, via the drive through. Last night took the cake! The female staff member kept wanting us to repeat the order. Then, when we got our order, we received burgers, yet we asked for wraps. I asked for hot sauce to put on my one and she said they don’t have hot sauce – really!!!! There is hot sauce on the website. You have lost our custom and the chips were almost cold and soggy – yuck.

Why do they advertise they are open until 10, when I was refused service at 9:35 tonight? Hate going here only because it depends on the staff working at the time. Some nights the staff are friendly and will accomodate and serve you at 9:55, and other nights they don’t give a hoot, just want to go home and tell you they are closed, don’t seem to care that you’ve made the effort to drive out to their store.

Food is okay, as it’s pretty much standard. Service is generally atrocious as the staff spend more time giggling and chatting than serving. They also play music way to loud, so that you can barely gone your order.

Just waited 20 mins in adrive thru line to get to a broken order point and another 20 min wait to get to the window. Imagine my surprise when I was asked to wait out front for another ‘3’ minutes, with my food brought out 15 mins later. That is what this store is like. KFC is just across the road. Better option for next time.

Appalling, manager was swearing and seemed to be eating… got home to find my meal to be cold and the wing and skin completely missing from the particular wing section I asked for and then the chicken was so dry I could barely swollow it. Contacted the manager not helpful at all made all sorts of ridiculous reasonings, I will be contacting head office how this store passes health department requirements is beyond me.
