Red Robin was the bomb for local pizza, I could only just get through half a large Meat Lovers and I was full and extremely satisfied, but the last few times it’s been rather bland, doughy and hardly any toppings…..l could easily finish off a whole large Meat Lovers and a Garlic Bread and want more. My last order seemed to have basically no cheese and only a handful of meatballs.

without a doubt they make beautiful pizzas – perfect amount of toppings and very tasty – however – they consistently have an issue with their delivery either sending the wrong pizza, not adding the extras that you’ve paid for or forgetting an item on the order all together – you can be more tolerant if this happens on the odd occassion – but it is happening almost every time – time to find a different pizza shop.

Waited over 30 minutes after promised delivery time, no pizza. Called and was assured it was only 10 minutes away, I live less than 2 kilometres away! I was also told it wouldn’t be cold. Arrived in an oil soaked box, congealed and too cold to eat. Never will I buy from them again, also will tell everyone about bad service.

Terrible pizza, satay chicken was inedible and went in the bin. Had a weird flavour, almost had a curry taste. Placed a phone order and they stated would be ready in 20mins. Got to pizza place around 25 minutes later. Order hadn’t even been made. Waited another 15 minutes in shop. I would have rather been told 40 minutes so I could of stayed at home and waited. No customer service, no apologies for the wait.

I ordered through menu log. Order did not come at expected time and I had to call to get an update on the status. It still took more than 20 minutes for my order to be delivered despite the fact that I am a 6 minute drive away. They were hardly apologetic when I called back hangry and wanting to cancel. Poor service. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they had notified me that they were running late or going to be late. Keep your customers in the loop.
