Absolutely would not recommend – the young girl serving me first put through my transaction touching the till, eftpos machine and money with her gloved hands then proceeded to make my salad roll without changing her gloves! Occasionally brushing the gloves off on her dirty apron.

The baked goods are innovative and exceed all expectations. I am a qualified chef patissier for 8 years and the food here is exceptional. More could be done on the cafe front, as most successful bakeries nowadays are a cafe + bakery fusion, and this place has the history and potential to make this one of the greatest businesses in town. But at the moment sitting on their hands a bit as the dècor and layout is not getting younger but the food is exceptional and worth a 5 star rating on its own.
