Been going to Rays for over 10 years. The first time we got dinner from here after the new ownership we noticed the quality had dropped considerably and there were items missing from the order. Fast forward 4 weeks to tonight and the other members of my family wanted fish & chips so we thought we’d give it another go. What a mistake. $53 and literally one third of the order was missing when we got home. Half of what we did get was undercooked and soggy, the other half was cooked till it was burnt and hardly recognisable. When I called I was told they can cook the forgotten part of the order and I can come back to get it or have a credit. I said since 3 people here are missing their food we obviously need it and asked if they will be delivering the missing items and they said no they won’t do that. So my dinner from elsewhere that I’d paid $30 for was ruined because I had to drive back to get what they forgot. Certainly don’t need a credit for a shop I have absolutely zero intention of returning to!

Ordered some food for the family on the 1st of April. Ever since the new owners have taken over this business, the quality of food has gone down hill significantly. The food we ordered was all soggy. Also ordered two burgers with the lot. The bread buns were stale to the point it was crumbling apart. We always used to get a decent feed here. I won’t be coming back

Quality of food certainly gone downhill since new ownership. Last week, got order of over 40 bucks, the potato cakes (13 ) were uneven cut, soggy and many stuck together. On talking to new owner about them, states they have changed nothing. Offered a credit, asked them to sms me the credit offer, received nothing.

Since the new management it is so bad . Orders are always wrong, and the food is disgusting. Prices have gone up . The customer service has gone downhill.

Updated review first time visiting since new owners prices have gone up and quality has gone down fish and chips where soggy fish looks like it has been pre cooked and was dry and full off oil. Bland tasting.

Food always made fresh and staff where extremely friendly and accommodating of requirements and requests with there burgers! A perfect dinner and %100 worth the wait on a Friday night!!
