Located by the beautiful beach in Cardwell, Tropical Far North Queensland, the Marine Hotel has been serving the community since 1864, when settlers first arrived in the area. It was the first licenced establishment in Queensland and is a local favourite for food and drink to this day. The pub offers refreshing drinks to quench your thirst, while the restaurant serves up a variety of food from classic pub meals to pizzas.

Best meal and dining experience in Rainbow Beach. Josh and the team were efficient and friendly, from drinks orders, dealing with a spill, questions about the menu – they were very professional. Classic small town pub. Been a few times and fantastic service every visit. Sub Royal is a must have and I am adamant the genius who came up with that masterpiece needs a raise. Always worth the stop for a good feed when up the beach!
