This was a disappointment after living in Japan for 4 years. Worst Ramen I’ve eaten and for it to be served in cardboard and eating it with wooden utensils, a total of $30, a total waste of money. . Ramen was tasteless, noodles too soft. Gyoza tasted like it was frozen for a month. Needs improvement. Not coming back. Not recommended. Go to Brisbane southside for proper ramen and gyoza.

Just got served the pork dumplings completely pink raw. I’m 37 weeks pregnant. Absolutely unbelievable. Didn’t see until the end of my meal. Disgusting service. The fact I dine in and no longer get my meals to my seat is pure laziness, I asked for chop sticks and she pointed next to her then walked off. Not coming back. This has been my favourite place for years and now you have put my unborn child at risk.

Nothing special, hated the paper plates and disposable cutlery, every meal is served using disposable bowls that look like a dog bowl. Just generating so much rubbish to save on washing up??? Food was Ok but very salty, overpriced for convenience Asian food. Hate the buzzer idea too. Wouldn’t waste money going back.

The girl serving us wasn’t very welcoming and told us we couldn’t sit down as they were closing in 30 minutes. Meanwhile when we went a second time she told us that they were closing in 10 minutes while we were seated although we weren’t planning to sit down and eat anyway. This is absolutely fine and we respected that but it felt very unwelcoming each time we had gone to get food.

Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Ordered the taro milk tea and is the best one I’ve ever had and alone deserves 5 stars! The tonkotsu ramen was not bad but was a bit let down by the katsudon. Was still tasty but it resembled more of a chicken teriyaki flavour rather than the traditional crumbed pork/chicken fillet with egg and rice.

I come here regularly as I work upstairs from them and ordered a bubble tea, the lady who served me was very rude, no greeting or anything, once i got my bubble tea it had barely any ice and was warm so i went back and asked if I could get more ice, she snatched it from me and fixed it up aggressively, spilling it everywhere then handed it back wet and dripping, as I walked away she says ‘ everyone is so rude today ‘ to her co-worker. I dont know what her problem is but horrible customer service and rude, especially when I was friendly and thanked them for my tea
