Quay Canteen was built on the love of quality, fresh, fast and simple food and coffee, drawing inspiration from Asian and Mexican street food with our own little Canteen twists. We proudly offer a comprehensive menu with a strong focus on vegan, vego & gluten free options. We’re open 7 days a week and located in the heart of the Wollongong CBD. Although we may be a little tricky to find (call us if you can’t find us) when you do find us you’ll be greeted by smiles from our amazing and friendly staff, and there’s always a seat on our chilled out balcony oasis. Amazing food and location! I’ve been twice and had the raspberry chocolate brownies and nude banh mi salad and they are both superb. They also cater for dietary needs. Definitely recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. Good value Asian fusion lunch. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Treat yourself to a gluten free vegan donut for desert. These guys brew Will and co coffee and make vegan protein shakes and iced drinks. Pictured is the kale slaw with pulled pork and pork crackling. Really nice atmosphere on the balcony, overlooking Wollongong’s very confusing floating palm tree.

A little tricky to find, but once you do you’ll be happy you did. This small place located on the 2nd floor has a terrific atmosphere. The staff are friendly and people love this place. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air while eating some great food. My chicken satay baguette was tasty, more importantly you could taste the freshness. Give this place a try and be amazed.
