Authentic Vietnamese food!! I highly recommend their Com Tam Dac Biet and Bun Cha Ha Noi. I think anything with grilled meat would be good. Their Nuoc Mam (fish sauce) is chef’s kiss. Also tried out their Ca Phe Sua Da which is Vietnamese iced coffee with milk and I loved it. The staffs are nice, service is fast. The restaurant is small and it’s quite popular so expect to wait for about 15mins to get seated

Usually I didnt take photos but all I can say is whenever I crave Viet food, Quan Lua is always my no.1 choice. There’s no bad food in here, just which one is better than the other one based on your favor, food tastes 98% similar to the original ones in Vietnam. Quan lua is my go to bun cha ha noi and com tam dac biet place in Springvale!! Have been coming here ever since they opened and it is so great to see that it has become more and more busier. Located just off the strip the restaurant should normally be easily missed but as locals have discovered the food here is authentic and delcious. I am so happy for the owners now!!

Always has a long queue. Need to beat the dinner line get there early. . Nice smell of pork chop. Tried few items with a star on the menu. Smells, Taste and look good. But the pork chop was a little dry. The salad is definitely good. Will eat again. Not a fan of the crab meat noodle. Good value.

Tiny place but big taste. We’ve enjoyed all of their dishes to date, ranging from the delicate Bun Bo Hue with lovely flavours to their char grilled items, each one absolutely divine. The restaurant and food both have a homely vibe. Thumbs up!

First visit Sep 2022. Weekend. Understaffed but food amazing. It seems that there’s always a queue outside so be ready to wait a while during peak hours. Food is definitely worth the wait though. The pork chop is ridiculous good. Definitely switching to this place next time.
