Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in all of Brisbane. The quality of the food was amazing. Perfectly cooked pizza with an amazing tomato base and burrata. The antipasto platter was delicious, the olives and the focaccia were full of flavour. Everything was perfect, I couldn’t fault a single element. Definitely will be back.

I’d go back for the calzone alone – the best I’ve had. In my opinion the pizza compares to Julius, Prova and Elementi. The dough is good, a strong thin base not super crispy but well coloured. The crust – enjoyable, chewy and certainly not dry, but not too puffy and not loaded with flavour. The highlight is the toppings. You can taste the quality and freshness in each bite, there is clearly work put into the selection and combination. Intriguing menu options as well.

Sadly this restaurant is resting on its laurels from when it first opened. The pizzas now are doughy, lacking toppings for the price charged and lacking flavour. Not the true Italian experience it used to be.
