They are thieves! I understand that the internet might not always get updated in time for online orders, but when something is out, offer a refund. Don’t swap it out for something cheaper and keep the change! Check your receipts guys, make sure they don’t just pocket $5 from your orders if that happens too. To top it off on my list of complaints the pizza was sub par at best and for a very similar price I could have gotten a bigger and better quality of pizza from 1 or 2 other places in Whyalla. Pizza hut Australia has officially lost my business, permanently

Went to order tonight just after 9 online, just as I went to place order said sorry WHYALLA store is closed considering it says 10.30 on website, maybe update the hours. Gave 5 stars cause they do awesome pizzas, so was a bit disappointed as my son will only eat Pizza Hut pizza, so had to order dominos and my lad knew straight away it wasn’t Pizza Hut.
