My husband pre ordered pizza for 5:30pm because that’s when my toddler eats. The delivery driver turned up 15mins late with an order that was meant for Lake Albert. I then get on the phone with the Pizza Hut call centre because it’s the only number available for Pizza Hut Wagga Wagga, after 10mins on the phone the driver turns up again with “our order” that had already spent time in someone else’s home in Lake Albert! And it was still missing items! I most definitely not be excepting food that has already spend time in someone else’s home! I call the number again and they tell me even they can’t get through to Pizza Hut Wagga Wagga and that someone will call us back this was at 6pm. They then call back “no apology”, “no explanation”, “no offer of compensation”!!!! All we got is your order will be redelivered in 30min. I’m fuming and I’d better receive the final order CORRECT!
