Really disappointed last night. We decided to spend a bit more and try the new melts and vegan garlic bread. Both arrived burnt, partly black and unedible. What a waste of money. Thank goodness the pizza wasn’t burnt and the kids could at least share that!

Was looking forward to a delicious pizza. I ordered creamy garlic prawn pizza and other meals here, but the creamy garlic prawn pizza was so disappointing and disgusting that I couldn’t even finish one bite and spit it out. The prawn is not fresh at all, I don’t believe my palate is trying the second one, but the answer I get is still the same, I just feel like throwing up when I smell it, when I call the store, they say it’s a frozen pack, every day Thaw, there will be no problem. But the method and temperature and even time used for the thawing process can affect it, especially for seafood. The staff didn’t want to spend more time trying to find out why it’s not fresh for me . I am very disappointed not to get a full response and follow-up.

Not happy. Thin and crispy pizza. The base is very chewy. Pizza also seems like it has no cheese. I know cheese is expensive but really Pizza Hut, all pizza has cheese. The other ingredients on top are dry. Both pizzas were not enjoyable.

I wish I would of looked at the reviews first before ordering from here. This was the worst pizza I have had and on top of that, crust was so dry and burnt. It sesm from other peoples experiences the manager clearly doesn’t know how to handle the situation. Will definitely be contacting the customer service team for a full refund, because it seems to me the manager wouldn’t know how to handle that situation either

Worst pizza ever had. Ordered hot and spicy vege pizza,only topping seem and taste is chilly, per slice 6- 8 chilli and bites of red capsicum, per slice hardly visible piece of pineapple and onion, even topping of aioli is missing!

Just go to Domino’s. Been to Pizza Hut three times, and this is my 2nd burnt pizza. Wish I took a picture of the 1st one. I’ve also seen them work without gloves sometimes which is a bit sketchy.
