Pretty standard for a pizza chain however I was not impressed by the large amount of crust without sauce and the lack of hollandaise on this thin n crispy Butcher’s Block pizza.

i just ordered a regular bbq mac and cheese through uber eats and there’s literally zeroooo macaroni in what i got!!! it’s just gooey cheese with some beef and bbq sauce on top!! absolutely unbelievable!!!!

The first time they didn’t use gloves or wash their hands at all, when covid was as we watched from our car, the girl touched her hair and wiped her apron many times, a stool there was missing its leather cover and was just green ripped foam, staff smoking outside not washing hands, this was last year, i went in and questioned if they used gloves they lied and said yes, but we filmed them.! ..messed up our order twice, the female staff member cannot understand English properly or basic order instructions, always messing the orders up, ordered wings again tonight, partner went to pick them up, they said they had no ranch only sauces on the board, they but spicy mango over my wings which I did not want!, sent poor partner back and called ahead to see if they had ranch, male on phone said yes! Now have to wait and see what drama unfolds, how hard is it to order a 6pk wings with ranch dip on the side?……after receiving the new wings,and reading bad reviews of them being undercooked… they seemed raw inside! The health department needs to seriously address this, staff are rude and do not care!

Appreciate bussiness can be busy but tonight was highly disappointing not only for me but the many customer in store. Arrived to about 7 people waiting around no service at counter and at no stage did anyone acknowledge the customer’s, ask for names, take orders, advise customer orders were behind. We all received our order ready notifications and we had to ask someone to attend to us to then be told we are busy and have no idea when the order would be ready let alone would not check wait time on orders. They appeared to be lost in all the orders too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge customers. One customer turned up and asked for her order she was standing around for 10 minutes prior when she asked she a out her order she was rudely told her name had been called and when she said that she had ducked out and mentioned nicely that they should be calling orders she qas rudly responded too that they are busy and do not order fro them again if that us a problem. In the whole 45 minutes I waited for an order that should have been ready 40 minutes ago not once did they regularly go back and call out Orders that were ready. Poor Form Pizza Hut Thornlie customer service is everything in this day and age.

We ordered a pick order tonight. It was disgusting. Both Pizzas were so watery and soggy and amount of sauce they put on top of it. I even tried to remove some sauce but it just looked disgusting and no one can eat it. They seriously need to do something about the quality… So disappointed with this experience.

Pizza hut thornlie , has a very low standard customer service and i understand that it is busy or not you need to approach to customers in a very professional manner. more than 5 people in the kitchen area making orders and its only about 6 orders. I think this situation couldve been handled in a bettee way rather than shouting at customers and telling them to not order from them, how are they going to run a business if they treat customers this way. Picking up food from the floor and serving to customers s also a terrible hygiene issue. I think this business should not be in the area if they cant handle a business properly. There are better place in thornlie area for pizza to try. worse experiance and never coming up for this situation again and i hope no body return back to this business. very poor and the lady in front calling out orders was very rude. i hope she is not the boss of the shop if she is then the business is going to be ruined anytime soon.

i was surprised that when i got the pizza that the dough was very undercooked. the garlic bread was soggy and the service with the person who took my order over the phone was arrogant and rude. definitely not going back after this time. disappointed would be an understatement.

Manager did not care that my order took 70 minutes to make on a dead night they were very slow did not want to replace my meal even though it had half the ingredients on it it was soggy the box was damn near folding in half.
