Was concerned with the delivery times however upon calling the store they apologised for it but explained how busy they were. Pizzas arrived piping hot (makes a change from dominos) and was tasty as with no mistakes or complaints !

Impossible to get delivery in under an hour. Constantly use the excuse that staff went home sick (obviously manager does not plan for contingencies). Never answer the phone. Worst run resturant ever. Pizzahut should be ashamed to list it as one of thier stores. Pathetic.

Terrible service every time I ring to place order and don’t get put through directly to the store , the order never goes though and I have to reorder when I get to the store and wait . The staff are never apologetic .
