Ordered and waited for over an hour. When we went to check on order was told by owner ‘it was ready 10 minutes ago’ and they called my name. Owner was arrogant and unapologetic Said he didn’t care that we had been waiting. Will NEVER go back to this Pizza Hut. He has given Pizza Hut a bad name. To add insult to injury Pizza was tasteless

Its sad to see the bad reviews but unfortunately owners are relying on staff to do the right thing. I bought a couple of pizzas and some wings there a couple of months ago and it was all beautiful. I am going to give it another go tonight and fingers crossed it will be beautiful again. I always pre order so I dont have to wait around so I cant comment on the waiting time.

Picked up order and when arriving home realised it was not my order, rang but they didn’t pick up. So drove back to be told they are closing in 30 min and would no do my order and I could come back tomorrow. Seriously?

Ordered regular base pizzas. I believe they are deep dish. One pizza wasn’t cut. Soggy pizza Pepperoni was over cheesed and not much pepperoni.

We have placed 2 orders in the last month , both times the pizza’s were wrong not to mention 1 of the times the pizza’s were over cooked , we also paid extra for mixed pizza’s .. maybe we should check the pizza’s before leaving the store though we didn’t , we ring up to complain can never get through , have a message on the phone that the store knows about the call and someone will call back never get a call back..
