Say cheese pizza used to be so yum. Now it’s a joke. 4 types of cheese there’s barely anything on the pizza like literally just hard flourly dough burnt half of the pizza. It used to be so good generous and delicious. This place is gradually starting to fade. Not coming back.

Had these pizzas twice over the weekend. The pizzas themselves tasted great, unfortunately, for whatever reason, they did not agree with me or my daughter, and we are both still ill two days later. To my knowledge the many others who also ate the pizzas are fine.

A long time customer – but not anymore. After spending over $100 last night the pizzas were undercooked and the Vizzini Pasta was dry and tasteless and short of ingredients. Very disappointing.

I had to jump on to say what incredible customer service I received from Pinolos Pizza & Pasta. There was a discrepancy with my order I had done online with this app called swift. It must not have updated my cart when I edited my order. When I mentioned my order was wrong, they were ontop of the order straight away and sorted out the issue with such a great friendly attitude. After also having their pizza and pasta in a longgg time we will be regular customers. Soooo fresh and tastey! Thin base as requested! Great all round but the 5 stars absolutely go to the staff on tonight! Thanks guys really appreciated the excellent customer service

Ive been to this place 3 times now first time I got the wrong pizza, 2nd time was ok but now the 3rd and last time i got the italian aussie and the strips of pancetta still had the plastic on it. I called to let them know and all i got was “thanks for letting us know” from the lady there.
