What a wonderful lunch! Great venue, menu offered good variety and great prices. Gnocchi was the best I ever had. Entree and pizza were good. Service was very attentive. We will definitely get back!

Nice meal with fast and friendly service from Laura. I had the Veal scaloppini and the rocket salad. The veal was tender and perfectly cooked with a nice sauce and veggies- the serving could have been a little more generous. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Would eat here again.

Great Italian restaurant in Cairns. They have a section of the menu for pasta dishes where they make the pasta fresh each morning and we would highly recommend these as were very tasty! Service was also very friendly and helpful.

I try to get to Piccolo Cucina for the veal scallopini whenever I visit Cairns. This time I had to order via Uber and I can say it was absolutely nothing like I have had before. I spent $71 for scallopini and lemon cheesecake for 1. The portion sizes were a joke, and the much anticipated and remembered flavour was missing. So disappointed.

Would give 10 stars if that was possible! Best Quattro Formaggi gnocchi I’ve found in Cairns. Every authentic Italian. Espresso martini’s go down a treat. Nice music and atmosphere for a Friday night dinner and wine!
