Phuc (pronounced ‘Fook’) Deli-Viet is one of Brisbane’s most popular Vietnamese restaurants, and now has two convenient locations in Indooroopilly and West End. Phuc Deli-Viet serves healthy Vietnamese dishes, mostly low fat, gluten free and natural. Offering truly unique and authentic street food flavours, Phuc Deli-Viet has been serving customers from across Brisbane for the past 16 years. Only the freshest ingredients are used, sourced from local suppliers. Our dedicated team of chefs believe that creating delicious Asian food is all about finding the right balance between yin and yang. I’ve been trying many Vietnamese stores, but this is my first time here. I was impressed not only by the authentic Vietnamese taste of the Pho with various meats in the bowl but also by the friendly and professional service from the staff, especially Kelvin and Ben (if I remember correctly). Everything looks clean, including the tables and pickup area. It’s no surprise that they’re always busy. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others! 😀

My friend and I tried this place for the first time today. My friend is Vietnamese and the Pho and spring rolls (prawn) met her high standards for traditional food. The rice paper rolls (steamed prawn) was okay, the taste and presentation was good but the flavour wasn’t as great as we’ve had previously. I tried the vegetable noodles and I loved the tofu, broth and noodles. The vegetables made it feel clean and healthy, and I’m keen to try the Laksa next time! The iced tea tasted diluted but it was refreshing! A little pricey but the food had great portions!

Very good pho, in fact the best pho I have ever tasted. The food is overpriced tho, and the staff aren’t that friendly. Waiting time was around 5mins and it cost around $25 for a person.
