Long simmered Pho. This is up there with the best we’ve tried. Authentically prepared, embodying a rich and complex taste, with barely any oil residue too. It’s perfect. The ambience in this small restaurant is peaceful and excellent. We came across it by chance. We’re so happy to have found a place which brews broth properly. They also pack it out with ingredients. In the below pic, we had already eaten some of the spring rolls !

Very tasty and friendly service. The soup base has a very ‘home made’ taste to them compared to many commercial/salty taste. The calamari was exceptional. The only slight downside is there is surcharge for credit card. Will return for sure.
