The Burger was large and fresh – I got a double patty. The Pattys were quite oily and had an odd taste about them. Old oil? Beef mince or patty quailty issues? Perhaps a combo of both. Not sure regrettably I couldn’t finish my burger. Which is very unusual.

Great burgers and fried chicken at a fair and reasonable price. Just opened today and had the “original pattysmiths burger”. It was fresh and tasted great. They also gave me a couple of Dante’s chicken thighs to try. Had the #3 “abandon all hope” heat which was nowhere as hot as it sounded but good! Best of luck guys, next time I’ll be sure to try something hotter

The tastiest burger and crispy chicken I have had in a while in the Woolloomooloo/Darlinghurst/Potts Point area. The burger has the classic American taste and feel to it where everything is filled with flavour. The idea of combining items that you would not necessarily ever think of being together worked extremely well (ordered the Mac n Cheese Royale which consisted of a Mac n Cheese patty with a beef patty). The crispy chicken was tender and the coating was light, seasoned and crispy where it was extremely satisfying with or without the complimentary sauce. In addition to the food being well received, the staff were also very inviting and easy to talk to which overall created a positive experience, food and service wise.

I have been searching for a great smash type burger in Sydney and I think I have found it. Burger was fresh, juicy with great flavour. I can’t see anyone leaving disappointed. Staff also could not be nicer. Will definitely be back.

Brought out a 1.25l bottle of Pepsi for 3 people and not given any cups … no napkins given to us either with the food and the manager ignored us when we said thank you on our way out. We asked the waitress for a knife to cut our burger and she said she could only give us a fork … burgers were very mid with hardly ANY meat and the sauces are watery. 🙁
