Best fish and chips in the outer east. Steve and Phan are hard working business owners, food is cooked well, very clean and you can’t go past their service delivery. Enjoy the fried or grilled flake, it’s the best I’ve eaten.

We are about to move into the area and have had reason to visit the property around meal times. We located Parkwood Fish and Chips and enjoyed the most delicious family meal. We introduced ourselves to the owners and they were very friendly and welcoming. We have visited 3 times since and always experience their warm customer service and a delicious serve of fresh fish and chips. We look forward to the day that we move in so that we may become true local regulars.

Ordered fish and chips, 2 flakes were missing and when we called to tell them the owner yelled at my husband. He went back to pick up the two missing flakes, and she continued to yell and argue with us. She even threatened to call the police, extremely rude and average food. Never ordering from here again. Fish and chip shop at north Ringwood shops is much better, with lovely service – do not go to parkwood fish and chips.

ordered take away at Parkwood Fish & Chips and upon my arrival at home our order was incomplete. I contacted the shop to advise the order was incompleted and if they could rectify the issue. The lady who ansewered the phone was so rude and abrupt actually accused me of lying. WOW great customer service here and I am suprised your still in business. If there was a negative rating thats what I would have given here. Lady you have lost my bisuness and I would not be recommending your business at all!….
