Came here for a birthday dinner with my family. It was coincidentally Panda Hot Pot’s one year anniversary too (we share the same birthday woo!). Huge servings of fresh beautifully presented ingredients. We ordered way too much. We love the mushroom soup base and the “mild” (actually very hot) but tasty schezuan soup base. Ate at this restaurant because of the multiple high ratings. When you open the menu, there are no chicken and more importantly no fish option. Got the “mild” signature sizchuan soup base soup and that soup does not remotely look mild, let alone taste mild. Overall the “mild” spicy soup was not enjoyable to eat as it lacked flavour and only had heat. Service was awful as the waiter forgot to bring over two plates of the meat we ordered and had to be remind a waiter and a waitress to bring it over after waiting 15+ minutes. Also the fishballs was forgotten and had to reminder the waiter once to bring the fishballs over after waiting 30+ minutes. Only thing that was alright was the lemon tea drink.
