Food was absolutely amazing. We had dinner there two nights in a row with a group of 25 people. We also found that breakfast was just as good they open nice and early at 6 o’clock. It was fantastic couldn’t recommend it more, staff were really awesome

Had the Southern Yard Bird Burger and the Haloumi Burger, both were fantastic with good service, a good atmosphere and good food. I can easily recommend trying here if in the area. Just be aware that parking can be tricky.

Ordered the rump steak and it came out cold ¿ also ordered the pork belly bites that were 90% fat and 10% BBQ sauce. The chips were good but how can you mess up chips.

My wife and I had dinner here on a recent visit to Townsville. Mostly, the food was very nice – freshly prepared, nicely presented and tasty. The service was good. However, I selected the rump steak, which was pretty average. This was because there was quantity of gristle and sinew which I had to remove before I could eat the steak. What was left was certainly tasty, but this steak was unlike any other I ate during our trip around Australia. Disappointing.

Lost our order (computer freeze)??? and had to wait an hour after our other guests had eaten. Asked staff 4 times where our lunch was. Eventually offered free drink while we waited. But really this was just not good enough. Won’t be back in a hurry..
