Having taken over as new owners in October 2022, we are a locally owned Tex Mex restaurant offering a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. Our extended Bar offers many exciting Margaritas, a great range of Tequilas and too many Beers to mention (both Local and International) Whether your favourite is Taquitos, Tacos, Nachos or Enchiladas we have something for everyone and heat levels to suit all tastes. Personally I love the food, but it’s expensive. It’s $40 for a burrito and a plate of nachos. Good that the tables have a basket with hot sauce, salt, pepper, and napkins. One of the hosts always kept in touch with us, asking if we enjoyed it, if we had any more orders, it really helped make this place feel good. We’ve been here twice and it’s likely not the last time.

Used to come here when it was Montezumas, now it’s still the same with a different name. The food is still simple, but healthy & tasty with a good spice hit & plenty of chilli for the asking. They do good sangria & also have wine & the service is great

Our first visit tonight with the new owners. Loved it. I’m vegan and they have plenty of options for me. My bean enchilada with rice, salad and vegan cheese was delicious. The sangria is fabulous. The churros with toppings were yummy. The owner is fantastic, attentive and accommodating. The ambience is definitely a vibe. The alcohol menu is next level good. We’ll definitely be back.

Went to Pablo’s Tex Mex at Caloundra today, was the best Mexican food we have had for a long time. The food was amazing, the staff was great . The restaurant looks fabulous with its decor.

Went there with my partner recently, and one of the staff who was assigned at the reception booth was rude and not welcoming. Also, we tasted food better when we had covid. Had that San Sebastian bowl and a combo meal and it was bland AF even after we added salt. That was the saddest chicken I’ve ever tasted.
