View is spectacular during the day or night, our food was delicious but lukewarm. A tad overpriced paying market price (that ended up to be $60) for a small piece of rump steak that was smaller than my lamb shoulder. Service was so/so as each time we had to repeat our order so a little disappointing overall.

A wonderful place to enjoy a delicious dinner with beautiful views of the Brisbane River. Excellent service . Outstanding sommelier! First class cooking technique by the chefs ! A few memorable nights spent here . One of the very best Italian restaurants in Brisbane.

Great place by the water backed by an excellent bar. Outstanding cocktails and service. While the food was good the mains portion sizes were unusually small compared to other restaurants of similar calibre.

A lovely waterfront restaurant with classy decor and good views of the Brisbane city river. Overall I was a little disappointed with the experience. Service was not up to the standard I would expect from a restaurant like this. I felt the junior staffs are more friendly and welcoming than the senior staff who we encountered first when arrived at the restaurant and waited to be seated with our group booking. The drinks were average. The pasta was Al dente and it was flavoursome. Overall the foods were quite delicious however very small servings and quite costly for what they are. At this stage, I am unsure if I want to come back

Went there on a weekend due to the incredible reviews and recommendations online but other than the really nice view… the food was honestly just so disappointing for the high price tag. Entree was ok but not memorable but we ordered the lobster pasta and fish dish and was severely disappointed. The lobster pasta tasted super bland so we had to ask for salt and pepper ourselves to balance the flavours it was okay after that but not for the $70 price tag. The fish dish was a small proportion overcooked and unseasoned we had it with a salad which was bitter did not taste great. We did not stay for dessert even though we wanted to try the tiramisu the meals were such a let down we didn’t want to disappoint ourselves again. When we paid the bill we decided not to tip and our waiter did not even care to say bye to us when we left or thank you after his last interaction with us. Usually this wont matter to us but since everything was so bad we thought maybe service would be at least ok but it was not. If you’re someone who is looking for a special place to dine at for a special occasion there are way better options than visiting otto.

We had the main courses of steak and lamb are delightful treats for the taste buds. The steak is cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavour, complemented by a salsa verde that makes it to the next level. As for the lamb, it’s succulent and seasoned just right. Buon appetito! ️

The food and service is always amazing! Make sure you try the champagne lobster spaghettini- it is divine! Also their house made bread and olive oil is so good that we usually ask for seconds

Having dined at Otto last Wednesday, the breathtaking view was undoubtedly the highlight. Unfortunately, the food failed to match the high price point. On a positive note, the drinks, particularly the Negroni and mocktail, were delightful. The oyster, however, didn’t meet our expectations, having tasted better elsewhere. Our anticipation for the lobster pasta and seafood dish ended in disappointment. The desire to sample the deserts couldn’t overcome the letdown of the previous courses. There were limited non-pork options. There are certainly more appealing dining choices than Otto.
