Lots of space, even for large groups. Very clean and tidy. The vegetarian menu was especially appreciated by many at our table. Servers could have done better to get the correct meals to everyone though – it became a bit of a guessing game. Finally, there was a good selection of drinks at the bar, even if some were a bit pricey compared to other places.

Service is pretty average. We’ve been 3x now for food and every time we go to the bar in the bistro to order it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk away with your drinks when there’s maybe a handful of people (yesterday 1 poor guy took 5 minutes for his drinks to get poured properly and pay).

good quality food, quick and friendly service, reasonably priced. I had the porterhouse steak and it was amazing. The kid’s had fish and chips and it was a bit oily for my daughter so she stole some of my wife’s calamari and said she wanted that next time.

Stopped in for lunch on a busy Saturday. Ordered a couple of medium steaks. Had to wait a while but it was quite crowded. Steak and chips with a fresh coleslaw duly arrived and was enjoyed by both of us. Also enjoyed a cold beer. Nice pub .

We visited again 24th September to give the pub another chance. And we were not disappointed this time. The feed was really good and we didn’t have to wait long for it. Staff were really friendly and happy. I’ll add photos of our meals. Only one thing was the floors were very sticky all through the place.

The service from the staff comes with no complaints. Friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand. Definitely needs improvements. The cooks needs to taste their own food and check the coleslaw before serving it up onto plates.

Have had lunch several times and it has always been enjoyable. The food delicious, service fast, and a clean restaurant. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is that you have to give a huge deposit if you do a large table booking.
