Today I ordered two drinks: matcha and yuzu. I asked for warm and her attitude was pretty good. However 15 minutes later I look at the drink she made it is with ice. I told her that I wanted hot like I said, so she said she will remake which is nice. However I then had to wait another 20 minutes for her to remake and they are maybe just above half a cup full?! ( see photos ) This is ok I can slightly understand, but then I drank it and it tasted really bad aswell especially the yuzu. Lastly I just think it is because there is a lack of employees, the wait time is so long.

First time I have eaten from omi ( angus beef) at Eastland shopping center, staff where very polite and gave me with choice with picking a sauce, it was about $15 it seems like one of the “cleaner options” decent amount of protein for the price , slightly dry meat but flavor all together went well serving size wasn’t too bad

Very okay food and customer service was useless with only one person at the front and one cook. The egg was a little bit undercooked and they took it to the back to give me a new egg and then about 5 mins later brought out the exact same egg I think (it had uncooked whites and they were like jelly). Only left 5 stars for the free cake but I’ve now changed to what I really think. Fries were okay but nothing really special about the fries or tofu and rice I bought

I always get the Matcha Latte Bubble Tea and it is so divine and refreshing it’s actually crazy. To think that OMI, a place that isn’t even based around bubble teas are better than actual bubble tea places is so mind blowing. I also get the Signature Wagyu all the time and it is so delicious and the teriyaki sauce is so mouthwatering even thinking about it now gets my stomach rumbling. Definitely worth a visit if you are going into Eastland.
