If I could give less than 1 star I would. I made the unfortunate mistake of accidentally ordering from Pinky’s tonight. We received our two large pizzas, got home and the bases were still raw and the toppings just sloughed off (not the first time this has happened). We called up and they organised us some new pizzas, got them home and they were still raw (also smaller than the first pizzas). Tired of the running around we ultimately decided just to cook them ourselves. There was no apology for the mistake either on the phone or in person – with the exception of the additional garlic bread (which has apparently been the highlight of dinner tonight).

Bad service have ordered many times delivery and pick up .. delivery ends up lost and have threatened not to bring my pizza .. pickup they have forgotten to cook one or more of my pizza and then sold it to me cold .. tonight ordered pizza there oven broke not there fault but failed to contact me and let me know my pizza wont be cooked before I went from timor to maryborough … I will not be usingthis shop anymore as there are better pizza and service in maryborough

Worst kebab! I ordered a chicken kebab. When I got it, it was cold, the chicken was near non existent, and there was so much sauce I couldn’t taste the food. The middle was swimming in sauce. Paid $12.50. I had 3 bites, it was so awful I had to throw it in the bin.

Bit disappointed in the pizza order 3 large with different toppings I’m an out of towner so got back to Motel and couldn’t tell what pizza was what all 3 had so much cheese on it couldn’t tell. Even after trying to eat this unfortunately all you could taste was cheese. Tbh I get better pizza at Dominoes for $6 dollars. The staff were very friendly shop was very clean and TIDY. Prices definitely a little steep. GO EASY ON THE CHEESE GUYS

Eldery person ordered a pizza, paid for it over the phone with my credit card. Waited over 2 hours, rang to find outwhere it was, they tell me they could not find my address. No refund, was told to go away and stop calling the shop. Worse customer experiance ever. I will be contacting consumer affairs regarding this dodgy business.
