Went in for dinner. Food itself wasnt too bad. The beef w/miso, eggplant salad and beef capachio were probably the stand out dishes and were delicious. The sushi, sashimi and gyoza were not great at all. The sashimi was not that fresh IMO. The chicken katsu was a tad dry, the mushroom salad and takoyaki were both great with great texure. Customer service could be improved. Some servers were nice and friendly and others were abrupt borderline rude. Food took quite a while to come out which made the concept of “all you can eat” a tad redundant considering you probably only get to order a 3-4 times max (and that’s if you flag someone down) and by then your two hours is up. I feel that this restaurant and concept would significantly benefit from having an ipad or QR table ordering system. That way, once the tables put through their orders, all the wait staff need to do is deliver it to the table. Many of the dishes we ordered were not received and we had to order them again.

We had a great dining experience together. Food was delicious. We opted for the All-you-can-eat and enjoyed a wide variety of snacks, entrees, salads, delicious meats, seafood, and ice cream. Customer service wasn’t bad, but the staff were so busy. The restaurant was packed. We were still served in a timely manner. My favourite dishes were the Karage chicken, Katso chicken, and the Mushroom Salad. Sushi was average, but the show stopper was definitely the Teriyaki diced beef. It was a 10/10. Came to Okami last weekend! The restaurant was very busy and so the staff was quite occupied alot of the time. However the food was very good! Every dish they served was so tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed the all you can eat experience, good value for what you can get!

Decent value for money if you have a good appetite (as with all buffets) but felt the food wasn’t as great as what I was expecting from other photos. Service was relatively fast and they tailor your serving size based on your table which is great if you want a try a bit if everything. Only bummer was the cap on dessert – only allowed one of each dessert item per person.

This spot is perfect for families as you can order a variety of Japanese dishes at an affordable price. However, if you care about the quality of sushi/ nigiri, then you should consider other Japanese restaurants. The highlights were the karaage chicken, salmon sashimi, miso steak, squid and green tea taiyaki. Everything else was decent. The matcha ice cream was quite disappointing as it tasted like milk but the sesame flavour was delicious!

Atmosphere was ok and staff were quite attentive but I can’t compliment the quality of food here. Heaps of options but mostly frozen food. Omg the agedeshi tofu dish was so bad and sad looking. Even the most anticipated steak dishes tasted like the poor quality cut of beef tenderized by bicarb soda (you could feel the tenderness you normally find in Chinese takeout food)
